Diane joined the real estate world back in 2016 while living in TX.  Once she earned her TX license, she quickly found real estate to be the perfect fit for her meticulous attention to detail and strong passion for helping people! When Diane and her husband were able to move back to their home state of NC in late 2019, she knew she wanted to continue her work in real estate here, so she obtained her NC Real Estate License as well. Diane often remarks that when she and her husband purchased their home with Colquitt Realty Group, she knew she had found her future Brokerage & team!

As the Colquitt Realty Group Transaction Coordinator, Diane handles the administrative duties from the time a listing or purchase agreement is signed all the way through to closing. Diane will assist our CRG agents in communication between parties, manage all document compliance, transaction tasks and deadlines.  Diane is focused on assisting our agents with the goal of creating a smooth and successful closing process for our valued CRG clients!  

When Diane is not hard at work, you will likely find her somewhere outdoors! She and her husband enjoy many outdoor activities from camping to four-wheeling, fishing, boating or just working outside in their yard and even have a love of remodeling inside their home.
