June 2021 Triad Housing Market Numbers The housing market continues to be driven by the lack of supply here in the triad. With less than 2k homes for sale and record highs numbers for buyer demand, we continue to see the Median Sales Price increase. In June, the Median Sales Price was $246,000 Which was jump from May where that number was $235,000.

May 2021 saw a continuation of the insane numbers we have been experiencing here in the Triad. From the New Listings being up 12% and Pending Sales being down 20.8%
